Thoughtful, high quality residential & commercial architecture. Each project, whether renovation or ground up, receives careful attention to detail & a commitment to site specific design.

The Goldfinch

This extensive Park Cities renovation proves style is timeless. Originally built in 1983, this Georgian inspired renovation combines the thoughtful details of the past with any & every modern convenience a client could want in their home.Proportion, symmetry, and traditional detailing are preserved while upgrades to the building envelope, MEP systems, & interior finishes introduce contemporary performance.

Yin & Yang

Two neighboring homes showcase timelessness and modern detailing. Each 4,300 sqft residence has expansive windows that flood the home with natural light, highlighting wide plank oak floors and refined finishes throughout. The kitchen is a centralized node that connects the living and service spaces.A second floor catwalk bisects the double height living room, separating the second floor primary suite and the secondary spaces.Outdoors, an infinity-edge pool, cabana-style pool house, and lush gardens create a private retreat designed for effortless living and entertaining.

The Blue Bonnet

Formerly a downtown bank, this 3,000 sqft therapy center is a beacon of inclusivity in the heart of Austin. Designed to support disabled students, the center blends function with warmth, fostering a safe environment for learning.Therapy rooms are organized around a central gym space, encouraging daily fluidity. The interior is anchored by a singular corridor linking the building’s two entrances.Overhead, linear ceiling battens serve as wayfinding, integrated lighting, and acoustic dampening for enhanced privacy in therapy studios. This project re-imagines ABA therapy through a lens of empathy, accessibility, and security.
